Malcolm’s story… it’s pretty impressive

Today I just want to tell you about a client of mine Malcolm Sleath… I wanted to share what he’s achieved in the last few months since we started working together.

Malcolm coaches, mentors and trains high end consultants and he has done for some time…

Thing is for a long time Malcolm had known that the right thing for him to do was to take his experience know how and expertise online…

I don’t think he’ll mind me telling you… he is not in the first flush of youth in fact he is well past 50. And its been on his mind for quite a while that he could take all his years of experience and create a course he can sell to his established network of clients and also to a much wider network of people he has never – and will never meet!

But why hasn’t he made the course so far… he’s smart, very capable and motivated. So you’d think he would have just got on with the process of creating his course… but no

He admits he has had more false starts than he would care to admit… the number of files and word docs he has started and then stopped is pretty high… more than 10 starts and stops.

One of the things I get right into when we start working together is your:

Strongest Reason… your strongest reason for making your online course… your WHY

Malcolm is now very clear on this…

After many years… more than 35 years developing this model… he doesn’t want it to just fade away… so LegacyIs one of his strongest reasons for creating his course…

But when we delved right under the bonnet, and looked in there we found that yes legacy is important… but not as important as creating securityin later life and planning a comfortable retirement.

 But he’s done it… we have just finished his course, 12boxes.  So he now has that feeling of security and wellbeing as he knows he will have so many more opportunities to develop and transform his business.

So please ask yourself… at this point in your career and life what would the security of having an online course created out of the experience, knowhow and expertise you have built over the years… that you can sell to your existing customers adding more value and sell to people you don’t know and never will know, adding more income streams that will transform your life well into the future?
